A creamy and nutritious chia seed pudding that’s easy to prepare and customizable with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk (or any milk)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl: chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir again to avoid clumping.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or overnight until it thickens.
  5. Serve chilled and top with fresh fruits.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend the almond milk and chia seeds before letting it set. Adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup or honey if desired.
