Delicious and simple cheeseburger sliders that are perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup and mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  5. Melt a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing the patties on slider buns with pickles and other toppings.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Great with sweet potato fries or coleslaw. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
