  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas
  • Avocado (for topping)
  • Salsa (for topping)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the cauliflower head into thick steaks, about 1 inch in width.
  3. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about a minute.
  6. Assemble your tacos by placing a grilled cauliflower steak onto a warm tortilla and topping with avocado, salsa, and lime.
  7. Serve immediately.
