Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Trim the cauliflower, removing the leaves and stems, then cut it into florets.
  3. Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  4. Transfer the cauliflower rice to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out the excess moisture.
  5. Combine the cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a crust shape.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and firm.
  8. Add your desired toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Notes
