Spicy, creamy, and savory Buffalo Chicken Meatballs that are perfect for gatherings or a cozy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients until everything is well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size, and place them evenly spaced on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned.
  6. Serve the meatballs with extra buffalo sauce on the side and your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
