  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 810 lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • Carrot sticks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken in a bowl with buffalo sauce and melted butter until well coated.
  2. Prepare the lettuce leaves by rinsing and drying them thoroughly.
  3. Assemble the wraps by spooning the buffalo chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf.
  4. Add diced celery and drizzle with blue cheese dressing on each wrap.
  5. Serve with carrot sticks on the side for a refreshing crunch.

Notes
