Delicious and spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings that are crispy, healthy, and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to make a batter.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and toss with buffalo sauce.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
