  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to get it nice and hot for our crispy cauliflower.
  2. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Place the battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway until golden and crispy.
  6. Mix the baked cauliflower with the buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  7. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing if desired.

Notes
