  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or American)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter (for toasting the bagels)
  • Optional toppings (avocado, tomato, spinach, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Sizzle the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside, letting the bacon grease flavor the skillet.
  2. Whisk the eggs in the same skillet, cooking them to your preference and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the bagels until golden brown and crispy in the skillet or a toaster.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bagel, followed by bacon, cooked eggs, and optional toppings.
  5. Crown your sandwich with the top half of the bagel and enjoy!
