  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and lemon juice. Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining 1/2 cup sugar.
  4. Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Pour the batter evenly over the blueberry mixture.
  6. Pop your baking dish into the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving.
