Crispy chicken pieces coated in a creamy, spicy sauce that will delight your taste buds.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper to ensure the flavors infuse perfectly.
  2. Set Up the Breading Station: Create a breading station with three bowls: one filled with cornstarch, another with beaten eggs, and the final one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge the Chicken: Take each piece of chicken, dredge it in the cornstarch, dip it in the beaten egg, and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the Oil and Fry: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar.
  6. Toss and Serve: Toss the hot chicken pieces in the Bang Bang sauce until fully coated, then serve hot for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider baking the chicken. Pair with steamed rice or a refreshing salad.
