Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
In a jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds. Give them a quick stir.
Pour in the unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice), vanilla Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or sweetener of choice), and vanilla extract.
Stir all ingredients together until well combined. Ensure the oats and chia seeds are fully submerged and evenly distributed.
Cover the container securely with a lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or ideally overnight (8 hours or more).
In the morning, give your Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats a stir and enjoy as is, or enhance with optional toppings like fresh banana slices, whipped cream, or crushed vanilla wafers.
Notes
These overnight oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Top just before eating for freshness.
