Delicious Baked Salmon Bites that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Dip each piece of salmon into Dijon mustard.
  5. Coat the mustard-covered salmon pieces with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute breadcrumbs with gluten-free breadcrumbs or crushed nuts. These bites can also be air-fried at 375°F for about 10-12 minutes.
