These irresistible bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers are a spicy, cheesy delight that brings everyone together for a perfect indulgence.

  • 12 jalapeno peppers
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  4. Fill each halved jalapeno with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each jalapeno with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
