Delightfully crispy bacon wrapped around tender chicken breasts with a sprinkle of garlic seasoning, creating a comforting and indulgent dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 strips of bacon.
  4. Place the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of the wrapped chicken.
  6. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Remove any toothpicks holding the bacon in place before serving.

Notes

Pairs beautifully with garlic mashed potatoes or a crisp green salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
