  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and sauté until they are tender yet still crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey; stir well and let the flavors meld over the heat for another 2-3 minutes.
