Crispy and juicy chicken cutlets made easily in an air fryer, perfect for any weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the chicken breasts into cutlets about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. In one bowl, beat the eggs until fully blended.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  5. Dip each cutlet into the egg wash, letting excess drip off, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Place the cutlets in the basket without overcrowding and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove the chicken cutlets from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, double-dip your cutlets in egg wash and breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
