A vibrant and delicious 7 Layer Salad that combines crisp vegetables, smoky bacon, and creamy dressing, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup of bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by chopping the head of lettuce, halving the cherry tomatoes, dicing the cucumber, and bell peppers.
  2. In a large glass bowl, begin layering the chopped lettuce at the bottom, followed by the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and diced bell peppers.
  3. Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon over the top of your layered veggies.
  4. Now, sprinkle your favorite type of shredded cheese on top.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Carefully spread the creamy dressing over the assembled salad layers.
  7. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.

Use a glass bowl to showcase the layers, and consider adding other ingredients like avocados or olives.
